Beginning with his troubled childhood and ending with his breakthrough as an acclaimed author, you will gain an insight into the years that helped to mould Charles Dickens into becoming a world famous author.
Along twisted alleyways you will be guided to buildings and places including the remnants of the prison his father was incarcerated in. Lots of surprising facts and beautiful quotes will be told, while you walk through ancient corners of London taking in fascinating history, anecdotes and enjoying breathtaking views of London’s skyline.
During the tour you will get to stand in the very same places that Dickens did, turn corners and be amazed by some of the sites he once knew and journey back to 19th century London.
